New York City health officials say one person has died as part of the new Legionnaires' disease cluster discovered in the Bronx.
Twelve more people have been diagnosed with the disease a month after a different neighborhood in the Bronx was the site of the largest Legionnaires' outbreak in city history.
Officials said Wednesday that 11 patients are hospitalized and one has been discharged.
All the patients had underlying health concerns, and their symptoms were detected before Sept. 21.
It's not yet clear where the bacteria in the new outbreak originated.
Mayor Bill de Blasio is visiting the Bronx on Wednesday to reassure residents.
